Administrative access conditions

Draft for legal review

Proposed terms for the direct-payment model. This is not a final contract and does not establish that every described feature is available. Reading this draft does not activate charges, subscriptions or suspensions.

Version: 2026-10-04-draft-1

Internal draft for SharkTask administrators. It does not replace customer or provider terms and does not authorize financial operations by itself.

Restricted access and confidentiality

Use an individual account and assigned permissions. Access private documents only for authorized purposes. Do not share credentials, identity documents, evidence or financial data outside authorized procedures.

Verification and moderation

Approve checks only with sufficient evidence and record the source, date, scope and decision. Keep identity and professional authorization separate. Complaint reviews must consider both parties’ evidence and preserve history.

Reconciliation and restrictions

Do not mark debts as paid based on an unchecked screenshot. Confirmations, adjustments and restrictions require permissions, reasons and audit records. Correct final charges through traceable adjustments, not deleted history.

Commercial restrictions must preserve access to ongoing bookings, complaints and payment. Do not activate gateways, automatic charges or new plans without technical, commercial and legal validation.

Documents for each role

Customer and provider terms are available in the tabs on this page. Final versions require operator identification, effective dates and acceptance records. Do not present a draft as an approved contract.

Required before these terms take effect

Complete the operator’s legal name, tax ID, address and effective notice and complaint channels. Obtain Colombian legal review of the text and actual workflows; approve prices, taxes, deadlines, data policy and final version. Announce the effective date and record the applicable acceptance before enforcing new obligations. This draft does not replace statutory rights or valid existing agreements.
